• Repair and replace paneling in the conservatory ( formerly called the dining room and b ar before the addtion was added in 1973)
  • Add ceiling trim to the conservatory
  • Paint the conservatory walls above the paneling
  • Repair and replace the ceiling tile in the conservatory under the bathroom showers that leaked
  • Repalce the lighten fixtures in the conservatory
  • Update the sink, mirror, fan towlel closet and light fixtures in the old house upstairs bathroom now that the showestalls have been replaced
  • Paint and update the sink, mirror, fan toilet and light fixtures in the additon downstairs bathroom now that the showestalls have been replaced
  • Paint the fire tower interior and the addition hallway to the party room
  • Paint the garage exterior
  • Finish the garage lighting, safety senor lisghts and electrical wiring started last year
  • Seal the ceramic florr tile in the kitchen, panty and wash rooms that was installed in 2007
  • Major landscaping trimming, clean-up and replacement
  • Clean the Kitchen and Stove
